As a company, we set standards high enough to ensure the system activity for a minimum period of 25 years. Each ICT system consisting of FIBRAIN components and made by a Certified Installer may be covered by the warranty program, which includes:
Product warranty
All of the components of Certified Fibrain Data System are free from material and manufacturing defects.
System Warranty
Transmission Channel of the Certified Fibrain DATA structured cabling system fulfills the parameters according to the category for which it is dedicated and designed. The warranty does not cover products which are used, stored or installed improperly.
Application Warranty
The certified FibrainDATA cabling system will be free from defects potentially disabling signal transmission based on applications and protocols recognized by the IEEE, ANSI, TIA / EIA, ATM Forum standardization committees and approved for transmission based on TIA / EIA 568-B.2, ISO / IEC 11801 2nd edition, EN 50173.
