As previously announced, following complications with the DZS brand created through Dasan’s investment in the American manufacturer ZHONE, FIBRAIN has resumed direct cooperation with the South Korean company DASAN Networks Solution to ensure the continued supply of high-quality GPON/XGS-PON OLT devices ?

The new software version in these models is a return to the roots, adding backward compatibility and filling in the missing features present in earlier GPON OLT models such as the V5808/V5816. This will make migration from current devices to the new standard much simpler and faster.
This software version primarily supports:
✔️ SNMP management – which facilitates integration with current management systems used in earlier V58XX models
✔️ ONT device authentication via a radius server
✔️ simplified configuration of GPON/XGSPON ports compared to DZS COMBO models
