Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting SNS Optoelectronics and Microsystems at the Faculty of Microsystem Electronics and Photonics at the Wrocław University of Technology, under the supervision of prof. Sergiusz Patela. As part of the next open day for students, we had fun teaching about the current research and development issues on which FIBRAIN is working. We visited FIBRAIN laboratories, discussed possible joint engineering and master’s theses, or talked about directional holiday practices. The lucky group had the opportunity to watch the optical fiber production process live. All day filled with technology and curiosities – what a technical college student could want more?
