In selling, manufacturing, repairing, designing, and consulting materials and electro-installation devices for the construction of telecommunication and electrical power networks, FIBRAIN’s primary quality objective is to meet the requirements, expectations, and demands of clients and other parties, as well as to comply with legal requirements.
The quality, environmental, and health and safety policy is implemented through:
- market analysis and constant expansion of the commercial and production offer;
- making purchases from reputable and qualified suppliers with certified Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Health and Safety Management System;
- offering comprehensive telecommunications solutions bearing in mind the quality of the delivered products and proposing modern solutions in line with the latest trends, taking into account the ecological approach;
- production of fiber, cables and modern fiber optic equipment used in the telecommunications industry, industry and automation as well as municipal networks using the most modern machines. We develop our own products from scratch, and we control their creation at every stage;
- professionalism and continuous improvement of qualifications of all employees through external and internal training;
- raising awareness among all employees of environmental aspects and hazards at workplaces through training related to environmental protection and health and safety;
- motivating employees to behave in an environmentally friendly manner and involving them in health and safety activities;
- ensuring safe and secure working conditions in order to prevent accidents at work, work-related diseases and accidents;
- cooperation with recipients in the operation of systems and devices, as well as guaranteed service and availability of spare parts;
- quick response to the needs and suggestions of our clients;
- conducting technical and product training for recipients of goods, products and services;

- technical and quality support by on-site laboratories in the scope of optimal application of the offered products and devices;
- implementing the latest global scientific and technical solutions on the domestic and foreign market with the so-called product advance;
- shaping the belief that every employee is responsible for the quality, image and brand of the company at their workplace and in every contact with the client.
